Clinical SuperVision & Experience Opportunities

At We Are Rooted, we provide supervision and professional development opportunities for emerging and established mental health professionals seeking to strengthen their clinical skills through a systemic, relational, and culturally responsive lens. Our supervision services support the development of ethical, competent, and confident clinicians who are committed to understanding individuals within the context of their relationships, families, communities, and lived experiences.

Supervision & experience is available for graduate students and interns pursuing Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), post-graduate clinicians working toward MFT licensure, and graduate students or graduates of other mental health disciplines, including social work, professional counseling, and psychology. We welcome clinicians seeking to expand their understanding and application of systemic therapy in their clinical practice.

Our supervision approach emphasizes clinical growth, self-of-the-therapist awareness, ethical practice, and the integration of systemic theory into therapeutic work. Supervision is tailored to each supervisee’s educational background, professional goals, and clinical experience, while aligning with applicable state licensure board requirements.

At We Are Rooted, we believe meaningful clinical growth begins with a strong foundation. Our goal is to cultivate a supportive learning environment where clinicians can deepen their understanding, strengthen their therapeutic practice, and grow into thoughtful, intentional, and relationally grounded mental health professionals.
